Player feedback on operators is particularly valuable. If you've had a different experience with a site we've ranked — particularly around withdrawals, account closures, or bonus disputes — please write in. We aggregate reader feedback into our quarterly review cycle.
Operator submissions
If you operate a Kenyan-licensed betting site and want to be considered for review, send a brief operator profile to editorial@betsmart.co.ke. We add operators that meet our minimum criteria (current GRA licence, at least 6 months of operation, no outstanding regulatory complaints) to our quarterly testing rotation.
Note: submission does not guarantee inclusion or favourable scoring. All operators are tested against the same protocol and scored against the same weighting.
