What we collect
BetSmart is a content site — we don't require accounts or store personal information you've actively given us. We collect:
- Anonymous analytics — pages visited, browser type, country (via Cloudflare's privacy-respecting analytics).
- Affiliate click data — when you click an operator link, our affiliate platform records the click so we can be paid commission. This typically uses a tracking cookie set by the operator.
- Email correspondence — if you email us, we keep that email so we can reply.
What we don't collect
- We don't ask for your name, email, phone number, or address to read the site.
- We don't share, sell, or rent your data to anyone.
- We don't run advertising trackers (Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, etc).
Cookies
This site itself sets no cookies for tracking purposes. Operator links may set their own cookies once you click through — those are governed by the operator's privacy policy, not ours.
Your rights
Under the Kenyan Data Protection Act (2019) and equivalent international regimes, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Email privacy@betsmart.co.ke with any requests.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
